Michael Von rembow
Owner/CEO
Michael has more than 40 years of experience in the plating and finishing industry, including 27 years as owner and CEO of Advanced Metal Finishing. He sets the direction, vision, and long-term strategy for the company, guiding AMF’s growth while ensuring it remains a trusted partner to aerospace, defense, and industrial clients.
Tom Hedges
Director of Logistics and Operations
With over 13 years at AMF, Tom directs logistics and operations, ensuring the smooth in-processing and execution of orders. He manages client relations, oversees responses to RFIs, and supports troubleshooting for part processing and prioritization. Tom plays a key role in aligning production schedules with customer requirements and operational goals.
Greg Ott
Director of Quoting, Contracts, CPI & Materials
Greg leads quoting and contract development at AMF, managing the pricing of new parts and overseeing process creation for plating, anodizing, and chemical treatments. He also provides part marking services for customers, assists with bath chemistry, and supports troubleshooting during production. Greg’s broad expertise ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across quoting, materials, and continuous process improvement.
Steve Chalupka
General Manager
Steve brings over a decade of leadership experience as a U.S. Air Force veteran and holds an MBA from William Jessup University. At AMF, he serves as the focal point for strategic partnerships, client relations, and day-to-day operations. Steve translates the CEO’s vision into execution, driving operational excellence while fostering collaboration across teams.
Amn Haidari
Quality Director
Amin leads quality assurance at Advanced Metal Finishing, overseeing AS9100 and NADCAP compliance, chemical lab operations, and safety documentation. He ensures consistent quality across all operations while supporting continuous improvement through collaboration with vendors and suppliers.
